Early access will focus on eligible transferable e-tickets for selected events in our launch markets. Support depends on the ticket provider’s transfer rules and whether KingSwap can protect the transaction. Paper and physical tickets will not be supported at launch.
Eligible PDF e-tickets may be supported for selected events through KingSwap’s protected PDF flow. Availability will depend on the venue, event, and ticket format.
KingSwap holds payment while transfer proof is checked. Seller payout is released after a sale is verified, and swaps finalize only after both ticket transfers are checked. If a required step fails or times out, KingSwap’s support and refund process applies.
KingSwap charges no buyer service fee. Standard sellers pay a 6% KingSwap seller fee, plus payment processing deducted from payout. Protected swaps start at $1.99, and all applicable fees are shown before confirmation.
KingSwap is built around moving tickets, not just reselling them. Fans can buy, sell, or swap eligible tickets—including dates or seats—through one protected flow instead of relying on blind DMs.
